We send all items by Royal Mail Recorded Signed for First Class postage.
For this postal service to be successful, you need to provide us with a complete street address. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and should arrive at your address the approximately 4-5 days after making your order. If we foresee a problem at our end, we will contact you.
In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please allow up to 2 working days from day of expected delivery before emailing us at shoponline@shopatmaisonb.com and we will then carry out an investigation through Royal Mail and keep you informed of developments.
Shop stock may be held at multiple locations if you are ordering more than one item. It therefore may be not possible to combine items. Items may also arrive separately.
The form enclosed with your order must be completed in full and accompany the item(s) you wish to return within 14 days of receipt of goods. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges.
All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please take care when unpacking & repacking.
All garments must be unworn have all swing tickets still attached. No offence ladies but we have worked in retail for a long time and know all the tricks!
For reasons of Hygiene we are unable to accept returns of earrings.
We cannot accept returns on books, CD’s, any jewellery other than earrings, socks, hosiery, candles once packs have been opened.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting.
Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. We will not make refunds to a third party.
